  • Pets: 2 dogs max. You must supervise the dogs at all times and put them in the provided kennel when leaving them at the house.
  • Please do not unplug any of the electronics (TVs, Xbox, etc).
  • Hot tub: Make sure to test the hot tub with the provided tester strips before getting in. Swimwear is only allowed in the hot tub; no normal clothes.
  • Trash: Please place all trash in the provided trash bags, and place the trash bags in the trash bins near the driveway. Do not put loose trash in the trash cans.

  • $50 non-refundable fee per dog (up to 2 dogs allowed)
  • 50% refundable deposit due within 24 hours of booking
